Watt N Volt systems safeguard your business because we keep your power on. We don’t generate the POWER. We Control, Distribute, Transfer, Monitor, Measure, Manage, Display, Maintain, Service and Communicate with it.

Single Set ATS (Auto Transfer Switch)

When Mains Fails Gen set startup automatically and feed the supply to load. As the mains returns Gen set load switching device opens and Mains load switching device closes, the Gen engine stops after cool down period, ready for next time.

Dual Set ATS

When Mains fails, 1st. Gen set starts up and feed the supply to Load, the other Gen set remains standby, if 1st set fails the 2nd Gen is set to start up automatically and feed the supply to load. Only one supply source can be closed at a time.

Dual Set Load Sharing Mains, ATS to Mains.

When Mains fails, both Gen set startup and get synchronized automatically, closes their load switching devices parallel and feed the supply to Load.

If the load is less than of 70% one of the Gen set Stops automatically and the other remains on load, if the load demand increases at one Gen set 80% the other Gen set starts up and get synchronize automatically and closes its load switching device in parallel and share the load equally according to generator capacity.

Single Mains Duel Set Load Sharing Bump-Less (Soft) Transfer

When Mains fail both Gen set startup and get synchronized automatically, closes their load switching devices parallel and feed the supply to Load.

If the load is less than of 70% one of the Gen set Stop automatically and the other remains on load, if the load demand increases at one Gen set 80% the other Gen set starts up and get synchronized automatically and closes its load switching device in parallel and share the load equally according to generator capacity.

Upon the Mains Return, Gen set synchronizes with the Mains supply and soon as the generators synchronized with mains supply, Mains load switching device closes parallel with generators, then load transfers to the mains Automatically, as soon as the load is transferred to the mains, the Gen bus load switching devices opens and then Gen load switching devices opens, generator engines stop after a cool down period, ready for the next time.

Duel Mains Duel or More (up to 16) Gen Set Load Sharing Bump-Less (Soft) Transfer.

When Mains fails, two or more Gen set startup and synchronized automatically, closes their load switching devices parallel and feed the supply to both Load 1 & 2, both of the mains or any single mains which one is failed.

If the load is less than 70% one of the Gen set Stops automatically and the other remains on load, if the load demand increases at one Gen set 80% the other Gen set start up and synchronizes automatically and closes its load switching device in parallel and share the load equally according to generator capacity. If load demand more increases the more Gen sets available at bus startup and share the load parallel.

Duel Mains Duel or More (up to 16) Gen Set Load Sharing Bump-Less (Soft) Transfer Back to TR1

Upon the Mains Return 1st. TR1 load will transfer from Gen Bus to TR1, Gen set running on load will synchronize with the Mains supply of TR1 as soon as the generators synchronized with mains supply of TR1, Mains load switching device of TR1 will closes parallel with generators, now the load transfers to the Mains, as soon as the load is transferred to the mains the Gen Bus load switching devices of Load area -1 opens.

Duel Mains Duel or More (up to 16) Gen Set Load Sharing Bump-Less (Soft) Transfer Back to TR2

Upon the Mains Return and TR1 load is transferred from Gen Bus to TR1 then next:- Gen set will synchronize with the Mains supply of TR2 as soon as the generators synchronized with mains supply of TR2, Mains load switching device of TR2 closes parallel with generators, then load transfers to the mains, as soon as the load is transferred to the mains the Gen Bus load switching devices opens. further the generators load switching devices also opens and the generator engines stops after a cool down period.

Triple Mains Two or More (up to 16) Gen Set Load Sharing Bump-Less (Soft) Transfer Back to TR1, TR2 and TR3 one by one

Backup Generators at common Bus can feed the supply to three different areas connected to three different transformers with bump-less transfer back to Mains when it returns. if all the Mains supplies fails the Gen sets feed the supply to all areas, Any one supply fails, generators can feed the supply to every individual area automatically. There is no need to do anything.
Note: In case, if mains fail while the engines are running on cool down period, the generators take up immediately and become normal running and take the load as normal operation.

Remote Communication

The Transfer system, combined with monitoring and control management system, is a cost-effective, packaged solution which can help meet both of these challenging objectives without a major investment at each system. With connectivity solutions you can remotely monitor and control numerous sites from around the corner or around the world.

Connection to a building management to allow mains, generator and engine parameters/alarm conditions to be displayed on LAN network along with information from other devices (air conditioning, fire alarm system etc). All supported data can be read and written.

Battery Monitor + AMF

System is designed for Telecom sites. Upon Mains Failure Battery Backup Takeover the Telecom Equipment Load. While the battery discharge level and Room Temperature is monitored continually. There could be bethree possibilities:

Scenario -1: Battery charge level fall below the set point. The Emergency Generator will start up and take the load, and will run until the batteries are charged -Or- Mains Return.

Scenario -2: Room Temperature increases from the set point The Emergency Generator will start up and take the load and will run until the Room Temperature is normal -Or- Mains Returns.
